Introduction to the Firm 

L. V. Surveying, Inc. (LVS) has been an ongoing land surveying business in North Royalton since 1985 and moved to Cleveland in April of 2004.  Founded by William Haas, the business was sold to Robert Brower in 1991, and then was purchased by Louise A. Veverka, P.S. 7513, in January 1997.

Today LVS is a certified female business enterprise serving building and construction companies, architects and engineers, land planners and developers, Title companies, and private individuals throughout Northeast Ohio.

L.V. Surveying, Inc. is an Ohio S-Corp. Incorporated firm. Louise A. Veverka P.S. is the president with Henry R Veverka serving as the corporation secretary. 

L.V. Surveying, Inc. is a bona fide Female Business Enterprise (F.B.E.) with:

The firm currently employs six full time employees.  We currently run two full time field crews each containing two men, a crew chief and instrument man. All the field personnel are Confined Space Entry Certified and have been trained in C.P.R. The crew chiefs each have over twenty years experience in the field with the instrument men having at lest ten years experience each. 

The office staff contains one registered surveyor to perform all research and field decisions, a chief draftsperson who performs all drafting decisions and prepares most of the drawings, and an office manager who handles all office operations.
